Our RaceFit scheme is all about improving your running fitness
If you’re considering taking part in an organised 5k run, 10k run or even a half marathon this year but are not sure how to prepare, then RaceFit is for you!
Perhaps you’ve already started running but are now looking to improve your speed?
Whether you’re a beginner or an improver our award winning “RaceFit” training sessions will help you reach your running and fitness goals.
Our sessions involve 40 minutes of core strengthening exercises using your own bodyweight which take place indoors. Some mats are provided, (but we encourage you to bring your own if you have one) then all you need is appropriate clothing for exercise. After the core session we go outside for various group jogging sessions and drills so please bring suitable clothing for the weather conditions.

We have taken non-runners to half marathons and beyond in a supportive environment that transforms not only your running fitness, but your confidence in just how far and fast you can be.
We’d love to see you at our new 10 week course starting on Monday 14th January 2019 or at one of our Monday evening training sessions. Come along and join us. We are part of the Massey Ferguson Runners Club, Coventry’s friendliest running club.
